La Maison de vacances
This beautiful Holiday Rental Mallorca with sea view, is located in the East of the island, only about 2 km from the white sand beaches in Cala Millor. The Mallorcan village of Son Servera with shopping and various restaurants is only km away.
On a plot of ², this great property offers space for the whole family. The house has a living space of 360m², it is fully equipped and has 6 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms + 1 WC, as well as Internet (WIFI), air conditioning (cold/warm) and under floor heating.
Main floor
The living / dining area is very bright and spacious and has an exit to the porch, with a fantastic view of the garden and the pool. Cozy hours can be spent here in the sofa area with satellite TV or at the large dining table. In the kitchen you can prepare your favorite meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 refrigerators, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, dining table, etc. Furthermore, there is a storage room and a household with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board on the ground floor and another room which can be used as playroom.

The large garden is beautiful and invites you to relax. There are 10 sun beds in the pool area, so you can sunbathe and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. On the large, covered terrace you can enjoy great hours together at the dining table. Pool towels are provided so you do not have to bring them.

Gut zu erreichen, ruhige Lage, ein Spaziergang in den nächsten Ort/Strand lohnt sich, abgelegen aber dennoch zentral, vom Garten und der oberen Etage ist das Meer zu sehen, schöne aufgeteile Zimmer, großes Außengelände, schöner Pool, auch für Kinder gab es reichlich Spielgegenstände im Gartenhaus.
Uns wurde jederzeit bei den verschiedenen Anliegen geholfen, einen Hausmeister gab es ebenfalls, freundlicher zufriedener Kontakt zum Anbieter. Individuelle Absprachen waren möglich. Für eine große Gruppe oder Familie nur zu empfehlen.
