The newly built three-rooms apartment Bamboo is located on the ground floor of a small apartment complex with swimming pool. It is located just 1 km from Lazise city center and from the beach.
Bambù luxury apartment for maximum 6 people has got modern furniture with great care for every detail. It consists of a spacious and bright living area with big kitchen equipped with induction stove, dishwasher, big fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. A comfortable sofa bed completes the livingroom furnishing. Air conditioning, satellite TV and free WiFi, excellent for smart working.
The large french window overlooks the private garden and the terrace equipped with an elegant table and chairs for tasty outdoor italian dinner. The double bedroom with direct access to the private garden is equipped with a large wardrobe, a safe deposit box and a second TV (no SAT). The second bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together. For your best comfort, air conditioning is available both in the bedrooms and in the living area. The modern bathroom offers a spacious shower, large washbasin in fine porcelain and hairdryer. Washing machine and a vacuum cleaner.
The apartment complex offers a cozy swimming pool with solarium and green area (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09). A private parking space is available for guests. Animals are not allowed. No smoking apartment.
The total price consists in:
- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner of the property
- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, welcome kit, assistance and support, professional cleaning, reservation management, commission paid by the host to the portal, mailing and communication, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant
Compulsory tourist tax to be paid cash at the arrival.
Compulsory refundable security deposit to be paid by credit card on arrival euro 200.00
