L'appartement est situé au centre de Sonthofen.
Les supermarchés, les boulangeries et le centre-ville avec ses nombreux restaurants sont facilement accessibles à pied
De la terrasse et de l'appartement, on a une vue magnifique sur les montagnes environnantes.
Dans l'appartement, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin, on se sent comme chez soi.
L'hôtesse est très gentille.
La voiture peut être garée dans le garage souterrain de l'immeuble.

À notre arrivée à la gare de Sonthofen, nous avons été accueillis par une propriétaire très sympathique qui nous a conduits à l'appartement. Dès l'entrée, nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé et aménagé avec beaucoup de soin. Comme nous étions en vacances à Noël, il était également décoré en conséquence. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Description et images de l'annonce sont correctes. Tout est aménagé de manière fonctionnelle et nettement plus haut de gamme que le reste de l'immeuble qui est pourtant vieillissant. Les meubles de balcon et de tout l'appartement sont très confortables. La porte du parking souterrain et l'ascenseur jusqu'au 6ème étage étaient toujours disponibles. Toute la technologie fonctionnait parfaitement. Décoration amoureuse et de bon goût. La machine à laver dans la salle de bains était pratique pour nous. La vue tout autour est exceptionnelle, même depuis le lit. Très agréable d'être proche de la ville de Sonthofen (environ 5 minutes à pied). Les fenêtres dans la chambre à coucher sont insonorisées, de sorte que les bruits de la rue et de la station-service adjacente ne nous ont jamais perturbé pendant notre sommeil. Malgré la chaleur, grâce à un fort ensoleillement, l'appartement pouvait être ombragé de manière tolérable. Géniales les stores électriques dans la partie ouest.
