The apartment is located on the first floor of Villa Dora, which is divided into two separate apartments with their own entrance and garden seating area. The villa can accommodate a total of 6 to 8 people, so it is particularly suitable for a vacation with the whole family or friends. See object "Villa Dora Attica
The apartment "Villa Dora downstairs" can accommodate 4 people and consists of a spacious living-dining area with an open, modern kitchen. The balcony is furnished with comfortable chairs and sun blinds. The view over the roofs of Locarno is unique. In the living area there is a sofa and two armchairs, a dining table with 4 chairs, and flat screen digital TV. Wifi is also available. All windows have shutters and curtains for blackout. Furthermore, the apartment has a bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with box spring bed 180 cm and a bathroom with shower/WC.
The private garden seating area with Ticino stone table and pergola for exclusive use is located in the lower area of the house.
The house can be reached from the street via 35 long steps. You can park your car in the public parking lot at the entrance to the stairs. There are a total of 18 parking spaces, of which experience shows that there are always some available, as all surrounding residents have their own parking spaces. Daily rate on weekdays CHF 9.60. You can easily control the parking fee with Park and Pay.
Villa Dora is located on the hillside above Locarno. The bus stop "Villa India" is in the immediate vicinity. Your shopping is best done in the city of Locarno, which is only a few minutes away by car or further up in the village store of Locarno Monti. Good starting point for city strolls or excursions to the nearby Ticino valleys. The old town of Locarno can be reached in about 10 minutes via the footpath "Sentiero delle Vigne".

Superbe appartement de vacances dans une villa traditionnelle tessinoise avec une vue magnifique sur la ville et le lac. L'emplacement est parfait, à environ 8 minutes à pied de la Piazza Grande. Pour ceux qui ont une voiture, des places de parking sont disponibles devant la maison, et pour ceux sans voiture, il y a un arrêt de bus public également devant la maison. L'appartement est très bien équipé avec des lits confortables, un salon cosy, une belle cuisine et une bonne connexion Internet. Le balcon et le jardin avec un coin en granit de style tessinois invitent à la détente et à la dégustation. La maison est accessible par quelques marches du sentier (Sentiero delle Vigne) et n'est donc peut-être pas idéale pour les invités à mobilité réduite.

Tout est parfait, avec plaisir, je reviendrai ! La ville de Locarno est très bien accessible en quelques minutes à pied !
