In the garden there is a big private swimming pool surrounded by beautiful green nature. This amazing house consists of a spacious bright living room with direct access to the terrace and pool, four bedrooms, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two extra tastefully designed bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen is spacious ,modern and fully equipped and also connected with the exterior. The wonderful villa Maell is air conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 4 cars and provides everything for a relaxing holiday. Outside is a kids playground with swings, trampolin, football playground and volleyball playground.

Sisan, placed in the south-western part of Istria, is 6 km from the region's tourist center Pula. We recommend it to families with children and to guests who prefer tranquility and peace rather than the hustle and bustle of big cities. Besides bathing and suntanning, you can also spend your time bike riding because many Istrian cycling trails pass through or near Sisan or also horse riding. One of the most famous rent-a-bike station is available in Sisan. In Sisan you can find wonderful wild beaches with more then 27km coast to explore. The water is transparent and the surrounded area is made of rocks, pebbles and sand, natural shadow is in most of beaches available. You can also find a few beach bars and boats for your boat trips on the main beach. In the village you can find one of the most famous restaurant in the county "Restaurant Bodulka" 2 small markets a bakery some bars the wine cellar "Trapan" and one new pizzeria

Un séjour merveilleux à la Villa Maell en avril
Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux en avril à la Villa Maell à Šišan.
La villa est vraiment luxueuse et magnifiquement conçue. Chaque détail a été soigneusement pensé pour garantir un confort maximal. La piscine chauffée était fantastique et nous a permis de nager détendus même en avril.
Un point fort particulier est le grand jardin, entièrement entouré d'une végétation luxuriante. Ainsi, on bénéficie d'une absolute intimité et d'une atmosphère calme et détendue, où l'on peut merveilleusement se déconnecter.
La villa était impeccablement propre, parfaitement équipée et correspondait exactement aux photos. L'emplacement est calme et idéal pour des vacances reposantes, tout en permettant d'accéder rapidement aux plages et aux attractions de l'Istrie.
Nous recommandons la villa Maell sans réserve et serions ravis d'y revenir à tout moment ! :-)

Magnifique vacances ...
Magnifique vacances ... c'est une villa vraiment luxueuse ! Cher propriétaire ... tout ce dont on peut rêver était présent ! Le cadre magnifique et le calme de l'ambiance contribuent à des vacances vraiment reposantes ! Nous reviendrons ! Merci encore :-)
