Description
The apartment in western exposure spreads over 2 floors and is located in the 1st and 2nd, and thus also on the top floor of a two-storey building in Moorish style which is in the first beach line. Both floors are connected to each other by an internal spiral staircase, but have additionally an own entrance door each.
On the first floor are two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath tub, a small terrace and a hallway from which the staircase leads upstairs.
In the above, top floor there are the kitchen with the staircase, the living-dining room, a large terrace with awning and a bathroom with shower.
Downstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobe, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed as well as fitted wardrobe, 1 terrace (approx. 6 m²), 1 bathroom with bath tub, hall with spiral staircase upwards.
Upstairs: living-dining room, open kitchen with spiral staircase downstairs, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 terrace (approx. 12 m²)

Emplacement et situation du logement
There is only a distance of approx. 30 m to the nice beach promenade and the wide, very long sandy beach. The small indoor pool and the tennis courts are also just round the corner. From the balcony you look on the left side onto the sea and the beach as well as on the right side over the housing area and the mountains. Between the buildings are wide, well-kept green areas with orange trees.
The very large, well-tended and marvellous arranged urbanisation looks like a hotel area with various parks, several swimming-pools, an indoor pool for the wintertime, 4 tennis courts as well as countless restaurants, bars and shops. There is also a sufficient car park. The 4 km long and very nice promenade as well as the lovely village itself invite to go for a walk. Here you really can relax and enjoy your holidays!
