The newly built flat "The Place" is located on the second and upper floor of a residential building with lift. It is situated about 1.5 km from the historic centre of Lazise and the beach. The second bedroom has got two single beds which can be pushed together, a large wardrobe and TV (no Sat). The modern windowed bathroom features a spacious shower box with hydromassage jets and a practical washing machine. The residential complex offers a nice swimming pool with solarium and green area (guaranteed opening period 01/01-31/12). A private parking space in the garage is available for guests. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking flat.
