Elegant three-family villa located in Lazise, 2.5 km from the town centre and about 500 metres from the beach, which can be reached with direct access through a private pedestrian gate. The refined property, of approximately 400 sqm, stands out for its great attention to detail, designed to guarantee maximum comfort, and for the breathtaking lake view that it offers as soon as entering the living area.
The interiors of Villa Julia, which extend over approximately 120 sqm, are characterised by carefully designed furnishings that add modernity and glamour to the rooms. Located on the ground floor, the sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms, two of them with wardrobes and TV (no Sat), while the master suite, overlooking the covered terrace and garden, has a TV (no Sat), an exposed wardrobe and a private en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and double washbasin. A second bathroom with shower box completes the ground floor. All rooms have mosquito nets to ensure maximum comfort.
On the first floor of Villa Julia the living area features a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality Miele devices such as an induction hob with Bora extractor fan, oven, steam oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, wine cellar, coffee machine and toaster. The living room with a panoramic view of the pool area and the southern coast of Lake Garda is furnished with a large sofa and a smart TV. The dining area with a natural wood table can seat up to 8 people. Through the sliding door with large windows you will find the terrace with electric sun awning furnished with a relax sitting area and table for pleasant outdoor breakfasts. A third complete windowed bathroom is located on the first floor, and has a convenient washer-dryer for guest use.
Villa Julia's garden, which extends on two sides, provides direct access to the shared swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 01/05-30/09), with a practical solarium area. In the garden and on the spacious covered veranda, there are two sun beds and a comfortable lounge area to relax during the warmer hours.
Free WiFi and air conditioning are available. The property is completed by 3 reserved parking spaces, one of which is covered, inside the property.
The total price consists in:
- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner of the property
- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, welcome kit, assistance and support, professional cleaning, reservation management, commission paid by the host to the portal, mailing and communication, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant
