In a panoramic position on the most prestigious hill of Bardolino, Luxury Villa Orizzonti is a stylish and elegant property that offers its guests a breathtaking view of Lake Garda.
The entire building, which can accommodate up to 8 people, is built with great attention to detail to ensure maximum comfort.
The interiors are characterised by furnishings designed to the finest detail, providing the rooms with modernity and glamour. The ground floor of Villa Orizzonti includes the living area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. The living room with a panoramic view of the pool area, the garden and the southern coast of Lake Garda is furnished with a large sofa and a smart TV. The dining area with bookcase and glass table can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside a Mediterranean garden of 600sqm and a covered furnished terrace are equipped to allow guests to enjoy unforgettable happy hours and dinners by the light of the sunset. The private swimming pool is ideal to relax and regenerate from stress; also available is an outdoor shower area adjacent to the solarium area equipped with sun loungers and parasols (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09).
Furthermore on the ground floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe and direct access to the villa's garden. The second bedroom offers a large wardrobe.
The basement is reserved for the Family Suite, a wide bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, divided by a wooden screen to ensure additional privacy. An additional third bathroom is also available for guests.
A sauna with tea corner and a wine cellar with snack bar complete the property's facilities.
On the rear of Luxury Villa Orizzonti there is a garage with one parking space for sports cars/small cars or bicycles (door height 180cm, width 220cm) and two uncovered parking spaces within the property. In the garage, a useful laundry area is at guest’s disposal.
The total price consists in:
- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner of the property
- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, welcome kit, assistance and support, professional cleaning, reservation management, commission paid by the host to the portal, mailing and communication, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant
Compulsory tourist tax to be paid cash at the arrival.
Compulsory refundable security deposit to be paid by credit card on arrival euro 2 000.00
