Stone House Prapatna is a 6000 m² secluded and quiet estate on the southern side of island Korčula, offering an authentic and relaxed Mediterranean ambience. The stunning view over the Adriatic Sea is complimented by the inland olive groves and vineyards. The estate comprises of two houses; the original house dating back to 1652 which is included in the national heritage registry, and the newly built house. The original house has been refurbished to blend the modern design with an authentic 17th century setting. The second, newly built house, was built following an authentic architecture with a modern interior design.
Accommodating the estate, the common areas include: a garden, terrace, swimming pool with a sundeck, BBQ area, petanque court, table tennis, playground for children with swings, and bicycles and badminton set for use. The estate is fully powered with green energy, it has solar panels
Pets are are welcome without extra charge.
Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out, so you can explore the island a little more before your departure.
Private parking is provided, reservation is not required.
This two-bedroom holiday home with swimming pool is perfectly fit for up to seven people.
The original house includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living area overlooking the vineyards and sea. A comfortable bedroom is in the attic (ceiling height 1.5m) reachable by spiral stairs. The second, newly built house, was built following an authentic architecture with a modern interior design. Kitchen, dining and living area are overlooking the vineyards and the sea. Living room has a convertible sofa offering sleeping for 2 persons. The property has two private bathrooms with shower and toilet. Hair dryer is provided.
Property is located 25 km to both Historical city of Korcula and Vela Luka, while Village Zavalatica by the seaside is 3 km away.
Everything you may need for a pleasant stay can be reached in Historical village Smokvica (500 inhabitants), approx 3 km from the property (supermarket, post office, ATM, butcher shop, restaurants, caffee bars, pharmacy).
The bus stop is located 3 km away, while Dubrovnik Airport is 167 km away from the property.
Ferry port to Dubrovnik is 15 min away, while Dubrovnik ferry port is 150 km away.

Dans l'ensemble, une excellente maison de vacances ! La région semblait très isolée, ce que nous avons adoré, Les enfants se sont éclatés à jouer dehors, et nous avons apprécié d'avoir deux salles de bains, Nous avons également goûté aux vins locaux du Toreta Winery voisin
