Description
The cosy apartment in western position is in the uppermost floor of a seven-storey building with lift. There is only a distance of approx. 100 m to the nice beach promenade and the wide, very long sandy beach. The internet cafe, the playground and some shops are also just round the corner. The car park is approx. 50 m far away. From the balcony you look on the left side onto the sea as well as on the right side over the neighbouring housing area and the mountains. Impressive is also the view onto the wide, well-kept green areas with palms and tropic trees, which are directly under the balcony in front of the building.
Because of the big balcony door orientated to the west the cosy dining-living-room is very bright and welcoming. On the sofabed (1,80 m x 1,90 m) 2 persons can sleep comfortably. The air conditioning (warm & cold) provides always pleasant temperatures. Through the flatscreen television you receive TV programmes as well as radio stations. The dining area is direct beside to the big hatch of the kitchen. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, an electric hob with oven, microwave oven, blender, juice extractor and electric kettle. The comfortable bedroom has two single beds (2 mattresses of 90 x 190 cm each) and a spacious fitted wardrobe. At the window is a shutter. The nice marble bathroom disposes of bath tub, bidet, WC and washing basin. At the balcony is an awning, aditionally is a protective curtain against the sun and the heat at the balcony door. - For your valuables there is a fitted safe in the apartment.

This apartment is located only 100 m from the wide, sandy beach in the highest floor of a seven-storey house in a nice housing area, which is direct on the beach and integrated in the village. The very large, well-tended and marvellous arranged urbanisation looks like a hotel area with various parks, several swimming-pools, an indoor pool for the wintertime, 4 tennis courts as well as countless restaurants, bars and shops. There is also a sufficient car park. The 4 km long and very nice promenade as well as the lovely village itself invite to go for a walk. The comfortable equipment of the apartment and the nice location really don’t leave anything to be desired and promise complete relaxation and recovery. Long village on the beach with many restaurants, bars, cafés, banks, shops, supermarkets ( ALDI), English spoken medical center, weekly market, promenade. Good starting point for day trips.
